Why
Extract the editor-facing analysis changes from the LSP branch without depending on the new server. Identify syntax diagnostics consistently and remove the VSCode-specific navigation command.

Add serialization and URI regression tests and refresh only snapshots affected by the diagnostic source and one-based navigation fragments.

- Does version zero represent every open document? No. This extraction preserves the LSP branch's fixed version zero. Clients may reject edits when their document version has advanced.
