Bump vite from 8.1.5 to 8.3.5
Refreshes the dev playground's vite within its ^8.0.14 range and runs yarn dedupe for the picomatch 4.0.7 it brings. This resolves the five open security alerts for vite up to 8.1.5 (one high), and supersedes Dependabot PR #8915, which proposed 8.3.4.
