Why
Reviewers reconstruct a change's effect on compiler objects (trees, Lambda, JavaScript, diagnostics, typing rules) from its code diff. A record states that effect in each object's own form, Before and After, and the review page draws it, so a reviewer reads the change at the level of the object it changes.
